We're a small consulting practice focused on solving complex problems at the intersection of technology, finance, and systems design.
How We Think
We believe the best solutions come from understanding problems deeply before attempting to solve them. This means we spend significant time on diagnosis — mapping systems, identifying constraints, and questioning assumptions.
We're skeptical of trendy solutions. When AI makes sense, we implement it thoughtfully. When a spreadsheet solves the problem, we use a spreadsheet. The goal is clarity and effectiveness, not technological impressiveness.
How We Work
We take on a small number of engagements at a time. This allows us to give each project the attention it deserves and to work directly with decision-makers rather than through layers of intermediaries.
Typical engagements last 2-6 months. We prefer projects where we can see the full picture, not just a narrow slice.
What We Don't Do
We don't do quick fixes, rushed timelines, or surface-level work. We don't take on projects where we can't add meaningful value. And we don't pretend to have expertise we don't have.
If we're not the right fit for a problem, we'll say so.
